Finale to Rocktober!

The house is clean except for a stray "30" confetti here and there.  The pictures are all uploaded, the guest have all gone home, all
signals of Rocktober's conclusion.  I know we have another week of this glorious month and admittedly Halloween is one of my favorites, but in so far as birthday Rocktober is concerned the finale was on Saturday!  Boy o' Boy what a party!  Sadly there are no group pictures but the house was filled with family and friends and the food was outstanding and all gone I might add.  No leftovers for the Grant household.  Thank you so much to my mom, my sisters Angela and Kelly, my husband Worth, and my dearest friend Annie for  a fabulous 30th birthday
 celebration.  Thank you!

Look how beautiful the house looks!  They put pictures of me growing up on the butcher paper hanging from the blinds.  Also check out that lamp on the right.  That is my present from my mom.  It is so unique and beautiful.  I also had my favorite, a Cookies and Cream ice cream cake.
Blairis only slightly jealous of my ice cream cake.  You will get your cake in due time my young friend!

SO fun. I saw the facebook pictures this am and got a bit sad I wasnt there. Actually I got real sad. I miss you and not being closer. Myron might not like who he comes home to tonight. A sad homesick mama of two. Maybe the hormones are contributing a little......

What great fun! You are worth celebrating, Sunday! I am sure Becky could make some great pun out of that, but not I...anyways, we had a wonderful time all of us...it was the perfect night for all ages! Happy Birthday...you started this next decade with a bang!

That was so fun, Sunday! We had such a great time. Your family and Annie sure can throw a party. And I have to say that was the best lasagna I've ever had.

Sad there are no more Rocktober Events but now you can finally get down to the business of being 30. There's the real party.

So fun. It was a great party. So glad that I got to be involved. I can't believe that lasagna, I'm still thinking about it. I need the recipe badly, even though it's just so much better made my an italian girl named angela.
you looked so beautiful in your michael stars shirt, just like the birthday girl you were (ok i sound like I', writing this to a 3 year old). You know what I mean.
